1. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the property size, condition, or scope of work differs from what was discussed at the time of booking.
2. Access and Property Condition
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is unavailable, unsafe, or significantly delayed, we may need to reschedule the service or apply a call-out fee.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for standard bookings. Late cancellations may incur a fee where staff and time have already been allocated.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the timeframe stated on your invoice. Late payment may affect future bookings.
5. Service Limitations
We provide professional cleaning services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes where surfaces are permanently stained, damaged, excessively worn, or affected by issues outside normal cleaning scope.
6. End of Lease and Re-Cleans
For end of lease cleans, we clean to a high standard and address the agreed scope of work. If any concerns are raised promptly after the service, please contact us so we can review them. Bond outcomes remain subject to the agent, landlord, and overall condition of the property.
7. Liability
We are fully insured and take care in every home. Any concerns about damage or breakage should be reported as soon as possible after the service so they can be investigated properly.
