What areas do you service?
We service suburbs across Lake Macquarie and nearby Central Coast areas including Charlestown, Warners Bay, Belmont, Toronto, Swansea, Cardiff, Speers Point, Valentine, Glendale, Boolaroo, Morisset, Windale, Lake Munmorah, Woongarrah, Wyee, Buff Point, Budgewoi, Hamlyn Terrace, and surrounding areas.
Are you a franchise or locally owned?
Done N Dusted is a locally owned, independent business based in Swansea, Lake Macquarie. We are not a franchise. Founded by Jenny over 25 years ago, we are a small, trusted team who genuinely care about our clients.
Are you insured?
Yes. Done N Dusted carries comprehensive public liability insurance. Your home and belongings are fully protected during every clean.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment needed for every clean. We exclusively use Tri Nature eco-friendly, plant-based products.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I get a quote?
You can request a free, no-obligation quote by completing our online contact form or by calling us on 0400 169 833. We will get back to you promptly.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for regular cleans. For end-of-lease and deep cleans, two weeks' notice is preferred. Contact us to check availability.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many of our clients provide access via a spare key, garage code, or lockbox. We are trusted by hundreds of Lake Macquarie households to clean while they are at work or away.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Do you offer one-off cleans or only regular schedules?
Both. We offer regular weekly or fortnightly cleans as well as one-off services including end-of-lease cleans, spring deep cleans, and Airbnb turnovers.
Products & Safety
What cleaning products do you use?
We exclusively use Tri Nature plant-based, biodegradable cleaning products. These are phosphate-free, non-toxic, and safe for children and pets. Tri Nature products have been Australian made since 1989.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. Tri Nature products are specifically formulated to be safe for the whole family, including children and pets. No harsh chemicals are used in any of our cleans.
Can I purchase Tri Nature products for home use?
Yes. We can arrange Tri Nature products for you to use between cleans. Contact us for more information.
End of Lease & Bond Cleaning
Does your end of lease clean guarantee my bond back?
We clean to real estate inspection standards and cover all areas required by property managers. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a bond inspection, our thorough approach gives you the best possible result.
What does your end of lease clean include?
Our bond clean covers the full property including oven and rangehood, all bathrooms and toilets, floors, window sills and tracks, skirting boards, door frames, cupboards inside and out, and wall spot cleaning.
Do you offer a re-clean if the agent is not satisfied?
Yes. If the property manager identifies any issues at the inspection, contact us and we will return to address them.
Airbnb & Holiday Rentals
Can you work around my Airbnb booking calendar?
Yes. We work flexibly around your checkout and check-in times. Many clients share their booking calendar with us for seamless coordination.
Do you offer linen changeover services?
Yes. We can manage linen changeovers as part of your Airbnb turnover. Please discuss your specific requirements when requesting a quote.
How quickly can you turn over a property between guests?
Turnaround time depends on property size. We work efficiently to meet your check-in deadlines. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
